Product Description

Polymer Polyol are derived from polymerizing propylene oxide with styrene or vinyl acetate monomer. Together with di-isocyanates and polyether polyols, they provide various hardness in polyurethanes (PU), which are used to enhance performance for number of applications such for flexible foams such as packaging foam and shock-absorbing crash-pads. 
Polymer polyols CHP-H30 which are based on high active flexible foampolyether polyols are synthesized by free radical graft polymerization withinitiator and monomers of styrene and acrylonitrile under specific temperatureand nitrogen protection. At present they are important species of polyols appliedin molded, flexible slabstock and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. They are BHTfree and amine-free high reactivity polymer polyols with low monomer residues,which are used for the high resilience slabstock foams, molded resilience foams,integral skin foams and semi-rigid polyurethane foams, etc.
